Pick a mode up top:

Goal: get rid of all your cards. The last player holding cards is the
durak
(fool).
A 36-card deck (6 → Ace). One suit is
trump
and beats every other suit.
To
defend
, beat the attacking card with a higher card of the same suit, or with any trump.
The attacker may
throw in
more cards whose rank already appears on the table.
If you can't (or won't) beat everything, press
Take cards
and add them to your hand.
When everything is beaten, the attacker presses
Done
and play passes on.
